Job Title: SC Cleared Project Manager

Location: Glasgow (On-site)

Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Rate: Up to £550 per day via an approved umbrella company

Our client, a reputable organisation, is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to lead multiple IT projects from initiation to completion. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex initiatives within a dynamic environment, ensuring delivery aligns with strategic goals and governance standards.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget targets
  • Maintain weekly updates in Jira to track progress and issues
  • Oversee project budgets and resource allocations effectively
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout project lifecycle
  • Manage scope changes and stakeholder expectations
  • Ensure compliance with JSP604 governance processes (SRR, LSRB, R&D, ORR, iATO, ATO) (desirable)
  • Coordinate dependencies and manage project schedules and costs
  • Apply project management best practices, including Prince2 and PMP methodologies

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience managing projects of varying complexity from start to finish
  • Strong risk, scope, change, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle dependencies, resources, schedules, and budgets efficiently
  • Knowledge of JSP604 governance standards (desirable)
  • Excellent communication and soft skills, with a collaborative approach
  • Commercial awareness and problem-solving mindset
