SAP S/4HANA Project Manager - Security Cleared
We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Project Manager to support a major enterprise transformation programme for a highly regulated organisation.
This role will focus on the rollout of SAP S/4HANA into the US, working closely with UK and US stakeholders to ensure successful delivery across deployment, cutover, business readiness and hypercare.
The role is offered on a hybrid basis in the North West of England, with travel to the US required.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of an SAP S/4HANA rollout across international business units.
- Manage project plans, risks, issues, budgets, dependencies and stakeholder communications.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams across the UK, US and wider programme environment.
- Drive deployment planning, cutover activity, testing, business readiness and hypercare.
- Work closely with business, technical, functional and third-party delivery teams.
- Ensure governance, reporting and delivery standards are maintained throughout the programme.
- Support senior stakeholders with clear progress updates and escalation management.

Required Experience
- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager or SAP Programme Manager.
- Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation or rollout experience.
- Previous experience delivering international or US-based SAP deployments.
- Background working in regulated, secure or complex enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Experience with SAP Activate, cutover, testing, business readiness and hypercare.
- Excellent communication, governance and delivery management skills.
