Role Title: Service Delivery Manager
Duration: 6 month initial contract
Location: Barrow-in-Furness. Hybrid 3 days per week onsite
Rate: TBC Umbrella inside IR35
Clearance required: Active SC Clearance and Sole UK Nationality is required

Your Role
- Ensure the effective delivery of end-to-end Run services, encompassing SLAs, contractual obligations, service quality, operational assurance, KPIs, and adherence to global standards.
- Ensure delivery governance and reporting is in place to assure service and operations.
- Effective management and resolution of day-to-day client escalations associated with Service Delivery, delivery issues and compliance requirements.
- Promote automation and leverage global tools and other Run initiatives for the account. Ensuring delivery capability adheres to best practices.
- Ensuring that financial costs are within budgeted expectations for all Run services across the account.

Your Skills And Experience
The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent leadership skills, capable of managing their time effectively while handling changing and conflicting priorities. We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills who can build and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders at all levels, including Capgemini, clients, third parties, and partner contacts. We hope to find someone who enjoys working collaboratively, is open to sharing knowledge, and is eager to help others.
