Scaffolder
Scaffolding Chargehand Wanted – Reading/ Guildford 🚨
We’re looking for a top-level Chargehand / Site Supervisor to lead gangs across our sites working with major housebuilders. This role is for someone on the tools leading the gang.
📍 Long-term work across Berkshire & Hampshire
🛠️ Immediate start available
✅ Requirements MUST HAVE:
- CISRS Gold Card (Advanced Scaffolder) + Supervisor + SSSTS
OR - CISRS Gold Card (Advanced Scaffolder) + SMSTS
- Proven experience running gangs on housing sites
- Strong focus on H&S, quality, and productivity
- This role is for someone on the tools leading the gang.
