Role Description
The Scaffolder role is a full-time, on-site position based in Uttoxeter. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Erecting, modifying, and dismantling scaffolding structures in line with safety standards and project specifications.
- Inspecting scaffolding for stability and safety.
- Loading and unloading materials.
- Working closely with site teams to meet project timelines.
- Following instructions from supervisors.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
- Adhering to all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications
- Strong scaffolding skills, including safe erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
- Working at height skills and a solid understanding of fall protection practices and equipment.
- A valid CSCS card or equivalent construction site safety certification.
- Good physical fitness, manual handling ability, and a strong awareness of health and safety regulations.
- Reliable teamwork and communication skills, punctuality, and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Relevant industry training or NVQ in Scaffolding, and previous experience in scaffolding or construction environments, would be beneficial.
