Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid Scaffolder role based in Street, with on-site work combined with some work from home for planning, documentation, or training. The Scaffolder will:

- Assemble, modify, and dismantle scaffolding structures in line with project specifications and safety regulations.
- Interpret drawings, measure and select appropriate materials.
- Erect scaffolds and carry out inspections to ensure stability and compliance.
- Coordinate with site managers and other trades.
- Maintain tools and equipment.
- Complete basic paperwork or digital records related to site activities.
- Participate in safety briefings, follow company procedures, and support junior team members where needed.

Qualifications
- Strong Scaffolding skills, including erecting, altering, and dismantling scaffolds to industry standards.
- Working at Height and Fall Protection skills, with a clear understanding of safe access, use of harnesses, and risk control.
- Confined Space skills where required, including awareness of entry procedures and safe working practices.
- Relevant CSCS certification or equivalent site safety card.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include formal scaffolding certifications (e.g., CISRS), knowledge of UK health and safety regulations, and experience on commercial or residential construction sites.
- Strong awareness of safety, reliability in following procedures, good physical fitness, and the ability to work in a team and communicate clearly with site personnel are important.
- A valid driving license and flexibility to travel to different sites in the region are advantageous.
