KAEFER UK&I are looking to recruit a Scaffolding Apprentice based in Devonport - because of safety restrictions on site, there may be a candidate minimum age limit which we need to adhere to during our recruitment process.
As a scaffold apprentice, this is a great opportunity to be responsible for aiding the scaffolding team in carrying out scaffold duties, ensuring the company’s scaffolding operations are carried out in a safe and efficient manner in line with our client requirements, to gain an industry recognised qualification.

How You Will Make An Impact
- Ensure that all current health and safety standards and procedures are understood, maintained, and adhered to at all times and that all operatives work in conjunction with Health and Safety at Work Act, Working at Height, PUWRA, COSHH Regulations and other applicable legislation
- Carrying out on-site labouring duties
- Loading and off-loading work vehicles
- Scaffold design: ensure all scaffolds which require a design are in line with procedure and designs are up to date and readily available.
- Ensure all work is conducted in full compliance with KAEFER HS&E policy, procedures, and Safety Management System.
