Senior Software Engineer (Scala) | AI & Mobility | Scale a global platform impacting millions

The Opportunity

Numi has partnered with a pioneering AI scale-up that is building the 'Recognition Economy'—a future where real-world friction vanishes and computer vision powers seamless consumer experiences. They are bridging the digital and physical worlds, starting by transforming how millions of people park, travel, and pay.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will join their core application development team to drive the next phase of global growth. This isn't about maintaining legacy code; you will be designing and building high-throughput distributed systems from the ground up to support massive international expansion.

This role exists because the platform is scaling rapidly across global airports and retail hubs. You will have a direct hand in shaping product direction, mentoring peers, and utilizing cutting-edge AI-assisted workflows to solve complex architectural challenges.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will be a key driver of the backend evolution, taking ownership of the services that power a high-volume pre-book parking and e-commerce engine. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will turn complex integration challenges into elegant, highly available solutions.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
