SCC UK – Solution Consultant – RELEX

Location: Leeds, UK (Hybrid working)
The Supply Chain Company (SCC) is a leading supply chain consultancy and a trusted partner of RELEX Solutions, supporting retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing companies to improve their planning, availability, and operational performance. As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a Solution Consultant to join our team, based in Leeds, working in a hybrid model.
Your Role
As a Solution Consultant at SCC, you will play a key role in designing and delivering customer solutions using RELEX technology. You will act as the bridge between customer business needs and solution delivery, working closely with customers and internal business teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.
This role combines business consulting, solution design, and hands-on customer engagement, offering the opportunity to become a trusted advisor across retail, consumer goods, and manufacturing industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and deliver customer solutions using RELEX capabilities • Conduct detailed business and supply chain analysis to understand customer requirements and challenges • Lead and facilitate customer workshops to define solution scope, processes, and success criteria • Work closely with internal business teams to ensure solutions are correctly designed and delivered • Translate business needs into clear solution designs, functional specifications, and implementation guidance • Train end users and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test planning, execution support, and issue resolution • Support customer adoption of RELEX best practices • Collaborate closely with customers to ensure solutions meet business objectives • Identify opportunities to improve sales, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiency • Support testing, validation, and go-live activities • Contribute to the continuous improvement of SCC delivery methodologies and best practices

What You’ll Bring to the Table
• 3–5 years of experience in solution consulting, business consulting, or supply chain-related roles • Experience in software implementation projects, including solution design, workshops, training, and UAT support • Strong academic background in Industrial Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Information Management, or similar • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proven workshop facilitation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and drive decisions • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both business and technical audiences • Availability to travel as required
