Production Manager – Experiential & Creative Production
We’re working with a highly regarded creative production studio specialising in experiential, immersive and brand-led projects. They deliver complex builds and installations for high-end brands, taking concepts from brief through to fabrication and onsite execution.
They’re now looking for a Production Manager to join the team in a hands-on capacity, supporting the successful delivery of projects from briefing through to installation and post-project wrap-up.
This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced production environments and enjoys being deeply involved in the physical realisation of creative ideas.
The Role
You’ll play a key part in ensuring projects are produced efficiently, on time and within budget, working closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the end-to-end production process from briefing to final installation
- Building and maintaining detailed production timelines
- Monitoring budgets and cost trackers to ensure financial control
- Liaising with suppliers to secure quality output and competitive pricing
- Maintaining regular client communication, including sharing timelines and WIP imagery
- Producing RAMS and ensuring full Health & Safety compliance
- Conducting quality control checks throughout the production lifecycle
- Managing onsite activity as required, including installations and sign-off
- Ensuring all project documentation and internal systems are kept up to date
- Exploring innovative, creative and cost-effective material and build solutions
- Capturing dynamic production imagery for website and social content
- Supporting sustainable working practices and material recycling

This role requires flexibility, as projects may involve evening or unsociable hours depending on install schedules.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong production management experience within events, exhibitions, theatrical, experiential or similar build environments
- Proven ability to work to tight production timelines
- Experience managing budgets, costings and production schedules
- Confident reading drawings and working with artwork files
- Solid Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Health & Safety awareness and experience producing RAMS
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
- Comfortable working onsite and in workshop environments

Desirable experience includes:
- CAD, SketchUp or CNC knowledge
- Practical build skills (carpentry, vinyling, painting etc.)
- Social media content creation
- Forklift licence
