Description
As a Scheduler you will be the first point of contact for customers, resolving any maintenance queries and will be working closely with engineers to coordinate appointments and plan their routes.
You will be organizing installations and routine checks ensuring a seamless process and an excellent client experience.
The role will include administrative work including ordering parts and supplies required for the engineer, you will be building excellent relationships ensuring each job runs smoothly from start to finish.

- Previous scheduling/planning and coordination experience
- Excellent communication skills and able to build strong working relationships
- Thrive in busy high volume environments
- An excellent team player
