Property Services Team (WPS) – West Midlands 📍
Join our WPS (Property Services) business, where we support communities by delivering repairs, maintenance and essential services to residents across the region. As a Scheduler, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by coordinating works, supporting engineers and ensuring productivity stays on track. ⚙️🏡
What you'll do ✅
- Plan and manage operative diaries to maximise productivity across a multi‑disciplined workforce 📅
- Keep work‑in‑progress low and aligned with performance targets 🚦
- Produce weekly/monthly performance and productivity reports 📊
- Liaise with supervisors, site teams, colleagues and the client to deliver an efficient service 🤝
- Communicate clearly via phone and email, keeping customers and partners updated ✉️
- Ensure all planning aligns with Health & Safety standards 🦺

What you'll bring 🔧
- Strong organisational and diary management skills 🧠
- Excellent communication (written & verbal) 🗣️
- Confident using Excel, Word, Outlook and reporting tools 💻
- Ability to prioritise, problem‑solve and work independently 🧩
- Understanding of maintenance/property management and commercial awareness 🏠
- Ability to monitor both direct labour and subcontractor performance 📈
- Numeracy, attention to detail and a proactive approach ➕
- Full, clean UK driving licence (desirable) 🚗
