Flagship is part of Bromford Flagship Livewest. By joining us, you become part of one of the largest housing providers in the UK - delivering community-focused services across the East, Central and South West of England. We manage approximately 120,000 homes, serving around 300,000 customers, and with firm ambitions to deliver an additional 50,000 new homes by 2040.
About the Role
Do you enjoy delivering excellent customer service and helping customers find solutions? Are you highly organised, able to manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Do you have strong communication skills and feel confident working with digital systems and coordinating schedules?
We're looking for a proactive and customer-focused Scheduler to join our Repairs & Maintenance team.
As a Scheduler, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive a prompt and efficient repairs service. You'll be the first point of contact for many residents, arranging repair appointments, amending existing works orders, and supporting the smooth coordination of maintenance activities.
Working closely with planners, contractors, and operational teams, you'll help ensure the right jobs are allocated to the right resources while maintaining accurate records and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
