G3 Systems Ltd is a specialist provider of deployable infrastructure, engineering, construction, and operational support solutions, delivering complex programmes for defence, government, and commercial clients throughout the UK and internationally. We deliver world-class engineering and infrastructure solutions in secure and challenging environments, supporting critical operational capability for our customers.

The Role

Working as part of the Programme Management Office (PMO), you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and controlling integrated project schedules that enable successful delivery of construction, facilities, and engineering programmes.

The successful candidate will ensure schedule integrity across multiple workstreams, providing accurate forecasting, progress measurement, and reporting to both G3 Systems and Government stakeholders.

This role is critical to maintaining programme visibility, identifying schedule risks, and ensuring contractual milestones are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain integrated master schedules using Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

  • Generate schedule performance metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.
  • Support programme reviews with Government representatives and senior management.
  • Coordinate planning information with Project Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams.
  • Assist with delay analysis, schedule impact assessments, and mitigation planning.
  • Ensure schedule quality and compliance with contractual planning requirements.
  • Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), programme audits, and customer reporting.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
