Job Title: Scheduler
Job Type: Permanent Location: Oldbury (Office-based) Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30 AM – 5 PM (Standard business hours) Salary: Up to £30,500 per annum (DOE – dependent on experience) Industry: Business Assurance
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and track task deadlines, ensuring they are met within agreed timelines
- Manage and maintain schedules, calendars, and bookings for team members
- Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally and promptly
- Maintain and update databases
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and record-keeping

Requirements & Qualifications
To successfully fill this role, you must possess—or develop—the following:
- Essential: Proven experience within a scheduling role (experience is mandatory)
- Strong organisation, planning, and time management skills
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excel proficiency (spreadsheets, tracking tools)
- Attention to detail for accurate data management and confidentiality
- Personal attributes:
- Problem-solving expertise
- Self-management and initiative
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism
