Job Opportunity: Scheduler

Main Duties:
- Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for the engineers, booking appointments and managing their diaries.
- Liaising with engineers, customers, and managers.
- Sending out parts to customers and engineers.
- Daily communications with customers, internal and external.
- Dealing with incoming customer enquiries both by telephone and email.
- Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly.
- Liaise with customers to advise them of site attendance.
- General Data Entry.
- Actively seek to achieve all service levels.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared objectives and goals.
- Personable and friendly nature, confident and forward thinking.
- Very customer service-orientated.
- High attention to detail.
- Capable of balancing various tasks throughout the day and prioritising your workload.
