Job Opportunity: Scheduler

Main Duties:

  • Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for the engineers, booking appointments and managing their diaries.
  • Liaising with engineers, customers, and managers.
  • Sending out parts to customers and engineers.
  • Daily communications with customers, internal and external.
  • Dealing with incoming customer enquiries both by telephone and email.
  • Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly.
  • Liaise with customers to advise them of site attendance.
  • General Data Entry.
  • Actively seek to achieve all service levels.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared objectives and goals.
  • Personable and friendly nature, confident and forward thinking.
  • Very customer service-orientated.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Capable of balancing various tasks throughout the day and prioritising your workload.
