Scheduling Co-ordinator

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Scheduling Coordinator to join the NRS contract on a full-time, permanent basis in Berkeley. The working hours across the NRS contract are 37.5 hours a week Monday – Thursday.

The main purpose of the Scheduling Coordinator is to ensure work is issued, reported on, and completed efficiently in accordance with client requirements. Working in a team of around 6, you will have a direct report of an administrator and be liaising with subcontractors, gaining quotes, and communicating with contractors, as well as general admin duties.

Due to the nature of the NRS contract, background checks will be required including a Basic DBS check.

You Will Be Responsible For

  • Programming, allocating, and coordinating work orders
  • Ensuring operatives are allocated the necessary orders, ensuring compliance
  • Supervising an administrator
  • Liaising with subcontracts
  • Gaining quotes
  • Maintaining accurate records of completed works
  • Forward planning operative works
  • Answering calls and emails and actioning them
  • Being client-facing, supporting the client, and being a representative of Amey

We Want To Hear From You If You Have

  • Experience in a similar role
  • Ideally, people management experience
  • Ability to manage own workload with the ability to work towards deadlines
  • Meticulous and thorough in your approach
  • Highly organised
  • Experienced in using systems and Microsoft applications
  • Excellent communication skills
