Scheduling Coordinator
Scheduling and Planning Coordinator – Portsmouth
Are you a highly organised and proactive individual with experience as an Admin Assistant, Scheduling Coordinator, Helpdesk Coordinator, or in a similar role? The Role
- Job Title: Scheduling and Support Coordinator
- Location: Portsmouth, PO6 3TH
- Contract: Fixed-Term Contract (until 31.08.2027 – to cover Maternity Leave)
- Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, flexible
- Salary: £15,870 p.a.
As the Scheduling and Planning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of Nviro’s operational services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and scheduling activities across key contracts
- Ensuring effective resource planning and service delivery
- Collaborating with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors
- Acting as a central point of coordination to maintain smooth operations
- Responding to the monitoring and reporting of ATP testing
- Ensuring clean, hygienic, and safe environments for all building users
