Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of schedulers to create a high-performing environment, ensuring motivation, accountability, and excellence.
- Own workforce scheduling via WFM systems, ensuring full shift coverage and resolving scheduling incidents across all operations.
- Monitor live operations and make real-time decisions to maintain service continuity despite changing demands.
- Ensure compliance with contracts, legislation, and company policies, maintaining high operational and ethical standards.
- Act as the key escalation point for workforce and scheduling challenges, resolving issues promptly.
- Utilise data, trends, and forecasting to predicting future resourcing needs and continuously improving workforce planning.
- Oversee rostering accuracy, reducing payroll errors, and ensuring on-time invoice delivery.
- Support recruitment and workforce planning to maintain optimal staffing levels.
- Guarantee all personnel meet licensing and training standards, ensuring operational readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement, identifying smarter and more efficient ways of working.
- Champion a high-performance culture aligned with company values: collaboration, accountability, and results.

Requirements
Essential
- A natural leader with energy, ownership, accountability.
- Experience with WFM systems (Timegate-based experience is desirable).
- Data-driven thinker—able to balance strategy and delivery.
- Thrives in complexity and makes confident decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communicator, building lasting cross-team relationships.
- Right to work in the UK legislatively.
- Five-year checkable employment history (or documentary evidence of unemployment, self-employment, or education in that period).
- Aligns with Securitas’ core values: Integrity, Vigilance, Helpfulness.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Good IT skills.

- Experience in scheduling, workforce planning, or operations.
