What You’ll Be Doing:
As Scheduling Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Lead, coach and inspire a team of schedulers, ensuring accountability and facilitating high performance for consistent excellence.
- Take full ownership of workforce scheduling through WFM systems, implementing full and effective coverage across all operations.
- Monitor live operational activities, making real-time adjustments to maintain continuous service delivery and adapt to changing demands.
- Ensure full compliance with contracted obligations, workplace legislation, and company policies to preserve high operational and ethical standards.
- Serve as the key escalation point for scheduling and workforce challenges, resolving issues efficiently.
- Use data, trends, and forecasting to predict future resource requirements and enhance workforce planning.
- Oversee scheduling processes to reduce inaccuracies in rosters, minimize payroll queries, prevent rosters errors, and ensure invoices are processed on time.
- Support onboarding, recruitment, and workforce planning to ensure client priorities and operational needs intersect.
- Confirm that all teams are device-operational and comply with licensing and training standards.
- Champion a high-performance culture, aligning with the company’s values and principles: collaboration, accountability, and results.

Requested Applicant Profile:
We are on the lookout for:
Essential:
- A natural leader with energy, strong accountability mindset, and ownership.
- Familiar with Workforce Management (WFM) systems (preferably Timegate).
- Strong data-driven thinking with a balanced approach to strategy and execution.
- Someone who thrives in complexity and excels under pressure, ensuring timely and decisive action.
- A skilled communicator who builds and sustains relationships across varying teams.
- A five-year checkable employment history or documentary evidence of gaps addressing adjusted work roles (self-employment, further education, etc.).
- Commitment to embodyry and uphold the Securitas core values of Integrity, Vigilance, and Helpfulness.
- Legal right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work independently and manage well-organized priorities.
- Good proficiency in computer applications and strong verbal/written communication skills.
