Scheme Manager - Adult Homelessness Services
Location: St Albans (Martin House & Hatfield Road)
Hours: 37.5 per week (rota)
Salary: £34,320 per annum

We’re seeking a compassionate Scheme Manager to lead our adult homelessness services, supporting individuals to rebuild their lives in safe, inclusive environments.
About the role
You will manage two supported housing schemes:
- Martin House: 16 self-contained flats for adults with support needs, focused on independence and recovery
- Hatfield Road: 5-bed shared HMO for men with lower support needs
You will ensure both services are safe, compliant and deliver high-quality, person-centred, trauma-informed support.

Key responsibilities
- Provide overall leadership, ensuring services reflect our values: Empower, Respect, Inclusion, Compassion, and Collaboration
- Support residents to build independence and access services
- Lead, supervise, and develop staff, managing rotas and performance
- Maintain high standards in safeguarding, housing management, and service delivery
- Build strong partnerships with local authorities and external agencies
- Oversee referrals, voids, incidents, and continuous improvement
About you
- Experience in homelessness, supported housing, or similar
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding, housing, and complex needs
- Prior management experience a bonus
