Scheme Manager
Location: Salisbury
Salary: £20,982 per annum
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Part Time (30 hours per week)
Are you passionate about helping people live independently in a safe and supportive environment? At this organisation, they’re looking for a proactive and caring individual to join them at Raglan Court, a welcoming retirement living scheme in Salisbury.
About the Role
As their Scheme Manager, you’ll be the friendly face of the scheme, supporting the Delivery Manager with day-to-day operations and ensuring their residents feel safe, supported, and empowered to live independently.
You’ll take ownership of essential safety checks, including:
- Health & safety
- Fire safety
- Warden call system
Ensuring they meet compliance standards and delivering consistently high levels of service. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will help identify and manage risks, including safeguarding concerns, ensuring residents’ wellbeing is always prioritised.

Whilst the role is predominantly based at Raglan Court, Salisbury, there may be requirements to travel to Pembroke House, Salisbury.
Who They’re Looking For
- Experience in housing or customer-facing roles.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office) and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail.
- A self-starter with great organisational skills, and a passion for helping others.
- A clear communicator, able to work effectively with:
- Residents
- Colleagues
- Contractors
- External agencies
- A practical problem-solver who delivers high-quality work and meets deadlines.
- Someone who takes pride in delivering excellent customer service, including resolving feedback and complaints.
