Schemes Manager
FM Conway is recruiting a Schemes Manager to join our innovative Digital Urban Solutions division. As a Schemes Manager, you will play a key part in the end-to-end delivery of street lighting schemes across a range of prestigious contracts. Working closely with client and internal teams, you will help ensure the smooth coordination and successful delivery of works. This is a full-time, permanent position, based from depot in Dartford, Kent.
Duties
The duties of the Schemes Manager role will include:
- Assisting with the application and management of the permitting process for TfL roads
- Assisting with developing and maintaining the schemes master programme on Microsoft Project
- Ensuring smooth running of various sites by regular communication with clients and internal project managers.
Skills and Experience
We are looking for a Schemes Manager with proven experience in resource planning, cost control, and stakeholder management. You will have sound knowledge of NEC contracts and strong commercial awareness. Previous experience in supporting the delivery of street lighting projects or similar infrastructure projects. You will need to have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication, and a proactive, problem-solving approach to your work. It is essential that you have a SMSTS qualification and a full UK driving licence for this role.
