Administrator – Permanent Role
Location: Ark St Alban’s Academy, Birmingham
Full-Time Contract:
- Hours: 40 per week
- Pattern: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:30
- Term: Term-time only + 2 weeks
- Pay: Grade 5 (points 5–12) on the Ark Support Pay scale: £25,583 – £28,598*
- Actual salary: £24,449 – £27,331
Permanent staff receive a 2.5% premium above the main salary scale.*
About the Role
Ark St Alban’s Academy is dedicated to transforming lives through education. As our Administrator, you’ll support students, staff, and families while playing a vital role in the central admin, data, and exams team.
This hands-on position requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels in organisation, and delivers unmatched service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing critical documents and key databases
- Supporting examinations and administration processes
- Assisting internal and external communications
- Ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
