Brickhouse Primary School (SIPS)
The Governors of this friendly and forward-looking school wish to appoint a hardworking, enthusiastic, well-organized, and self-motivated person as a school administrator to work in our very busy office with our School Business Manager, Senior School Administrator, and one other part-time School Administrator.
They will be required to start ASAP and be responsible for:
- Greeting and dealing with parents and visitors to school
- Answering the telephone
- Sending messages to parents via email and app systems
- Maintaining accurate attendance records
- Administration duties on computer systems (ParentPay, Arbor, InVentry)
- General Administration (Typing letters, photocopying, filing etc)
- Postal duties, including parcel content check
- Booking classroom supply
Applicants need to have experience of working with people in a customer care role and appropriate qualifications in English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.

- Hours: 12.5 hours per week (1pm - 3.30pm Monday to Friday)
- Grade: Band B, SCP 4 (£25,185 p.a.) Actual Salary is £7,428 - £7,526 p.a.
- Location: Brickhouse Primary, Dudhill Road, Rowley Regis, B65 8HS
