Flora Stevenson Primary School
Salary: £27,257 – £29,850 (pro-rata for part-time and sessional hourly rate of £19.56 per hour) Hours: 30 per week, 40 weeks (sessional)
About the Role
To provide and operate financial and administrative management systems, including:
- Budgetary information systems and services for the school
- Administrative, clerical, secretarial and general office support services
This role is regulated work with children under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. Shortlisting candidates will prioritise those willing and able to join the PVG Scheme or provide an updated PVG check. If you have spent 3+ months continuously outside the UK in the last 5 years, an Overseas Criminal Record Check may also be required.
Upon receipt of an unconditional offer, satisfactory completion of both pre-employment checks must be confirmed prior to appointment commencement.

Job Commitments & Legal Requirements
- To join the PVG Scheme and produce an updated PVG check before commencing. If you’ve lived outside the UK for continuous periods totalling ≥ 3 months over the past 5 years, **a relevant Overseas Criminal Records Check will be required.
- Employment is conditional on successful completion of both PVG and overseas checks.
