School and Data Administrator

Our Client

Our client is a well-established independent co-educational pre-prep for children aged 4 – 8 years, situated in Putney, London. They are non-selective and truly inclusive, providing a highly individualised education with a focus on breadth in the curriculum. Their dedicated and enthusiastic team cater to the individual needs and interests of every child, delivering the curriculum with creativity and high expectations for each child, ensuring children reach their full potential. The school has a family atmosphere and a touch of magic, and children leave them happy and exceptionally well prepared for their next school. Support and an induction into their teaching programme is given to all new members of staff. The candidate must be proactive, motivated and adaptable, with the ability to cope with a busy timetable.

To provide an efficient, welcoming and professional reception service and to deliver high-quality administrative support across the school. The role ensures smooth daily operations, accurate data management, and effective coordination of events, communication, and compliance processes.

Person Specification

An enthusiastic and motivated Administrator with good IT skills and strong attention to detail to join our client’s busy Administration team. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential together with an ability to work as part of a team and work calmly and accurately under pressure.

Start Date:

Salary

Commensurate on experience.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, Term Time Only (Inclusive of 8 INSET days) plus 2 weeks

Interview Dates:

13th and 15th July 2026
