We have very high expectations for all pupils and there is an ethos of care and support for everyone. If you would like to be part of a friendly, welcoming school community we would love to hear from you.

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated individual to join our team as a School Business Assistant following the retirement of our current postholder. The post is a permanent contract for 32 hours a week over a 40-week period. The role of the School Business Assistant is to act as the initial point of contact for parents, families, and visitors to school, alongside providing an efficient and effective administrative and clerical support service for the Head Teacher and staff of the school and the families who attend the school. They must possess excellent attention to detail and the ability to work to a high level of accuracy and be able to multitask in a busy school office.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
