School Business Manager & Executive Assistant
Looking for a role where you can genuinely shape the future of a specialist school?
We're recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist SEND school in the Dulwich area for an experienced School Business Manager & Executive Assistant to join the Senior Leadership Team.
Working closely with the Head of Provision, you’ll play a key role in driving the school’s operational success while supporting its continued growth. This is a varied leadership position combining strategic planning with hands-on operational management.

The Role
You’ll take ownership of areas including:
- Finance, budgeting and payroll
- HR, recruitment and compliance
- Premises, health & safety and facilities management
- Admissions and Local Authority liaison
- Executive support to the Head of Provision
- Leading operational improvements and strategic projects
Requirements
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Previous experience as a School Business Manager (education experience essential)
- Strong financial, HR and operational management skills
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities
- Experience managing compliance, safeguarding and statutory requirements
- The confidence to improve systems and support organisational growth
