School Business Manager What the Role Involves
As School Business Manager, you will oversee the school's operational functions, including finance, HR, estates, compliance, procurement and health & safety, ensuring the school runs efficiently and remains fully compliant. Working closely with the Headteacher and Governors, you will contribute to strategic planning, budget management and resource allocation while leading operational staff and supporting continuous school improvement.
School Business Manager What the School is Looking For
The ideal School Business Manager will have previous experience within a school or educational setting, with strong knowledge of school finance, compliance and operational management. A recognised School Business Management qualification or equivalent leadership experience would be highly advantageous. The school is seeking an organised, solutions-focused and collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and understands the importance of outstanding operational support within a specialist SEND setting.
