Do you like variety and would enjoy working in different places each day?
If the answer to the above is Yes, then why not consider becoming one of our dedicated Mobile School Crossing Patrols. We are looking for a Mobile School Crossing Patrol who can travel mainly within the Long Eaton and Ilkeston areas of South Derbyshire.
About the Role
Our School Crossing Patrols are dedicated individuals who help keep children and their families safe on their journeys to and from school. They are an important part of encouraging active travel by children and their parents.

We are always looking for people to join the team. No formal qualifications are needed, just a natural rapport with children and adults, alongside an awareness of road safety. If you’ve got the people skills to deal with children, drivers, parents, and teachers, we’ll train you in the professional skills to confidently manage the traffic.
You will be paid throughout the school holidays, and there are experienced supervisors to support you with the role.

- Contracted hours for this role are 10 hours per week but can vary due to the need to cover different local school duty times as and when required.
- A full valid UK driving license is a requirement for this role.
