School Cycling Instructor - Norfolk

We run training across the UK, and in particular:

  • King’s Lynn
  • Norwich
  • Great Yarmouth
  • Fakenham
  • Attleborough
  • Swaffham

What’s Your Role?

You’ll be a part of a:

  • small, enthusiastic local team who align with your desire to inspire young cyclists.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver fun, exciting, and progressive cycle training sessions.
  • Conduct activities in:
    • off-road
    • and on-road environments.
  • Ensure the welfare and safeguarding of all pupils through risk assessments.
  • Complete course admin, including:
    • checking registers,
    • verifying consent forms,
    • documenting course outcomes.
  • Engage effectively with:
    • pupils,
    • school staff,
    • parents,
    • clients.
  • Provide data-safe advice on cycling matters.

The Perfect Fit

For this role, we seek someone who:

  • loves cycling
  • enjoys working outdoors
  • Explores teaching/coaching experience or interest
  • Can commit to term-time work within school hours, (but don’t need to work every week).

Work Availability

  • Courses duration: Typically 1-4 days during term time.

  • Core availability (mandatory): -Minimum 2 days per week -Variable hours per day: 9.00am to 3pm (subject to flexibility).

  • Additional options (once qualified) work available during:

    • weekends
    • school holidays

Hours: Unspecified; however, we will work with you to align as closely as possible with your requirements.
