Role overview:
Anglian Learning is pleased to share with you an exciting opportunity for a School & Finance Administrator to join our friendly team at Bottisham Community Primary School. This is a varied and rewarding role, providing high-quality financial and administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the school.
The successful candidate will be managing school income and expenditure processes, raising invoices and purchase orders, monitoring payments, supporting budget management, and ensuring compliance with Trust financial procedures. The role also includes managing pre-school admissions and funding, coordinating school lettings, supporting payroll administration, and assisting with pupil data, census returns, and general office administration when required.

You will work closely with the Headteacher, Shared Services Finance Team, and other colleagues to deliver an efficient service while maintaining accurate financial records and providing excellent customer service to staff, parents, and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, experience in finance and administration, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children is essential, and the successful applicant will be expected to work in line with all safeguarding policies and statutory guidance.
