Can you shape the future of Early Years education?

Leadership Scale TBC | 0.5 | Permanent

Innovate2Educate Partnership

At Innovate2Educate Partnership, we believe every child deserves the very best start in life.

We are seeking an outstanding or exceptional Early Years leader to join our Trust Leadership Team and shape the future of Early Years education across our family of schools.

This is a rare opportunity to lead our Trust-wide Early Years Strategy, influence provision from birth to five, develop an ambitious curriculum, support the expansion of nursery and 0–2 provision, and work alongside Headteachers to secure exceptional outcomes for every child.

As a Trust spanning First, Middle and High Schools, we offer a unique opportunity to influence a child's educational journey from their very first experiences through to adulthood. Guided by our vision, "Innovating today, educating for tomorrow," and our values of We Love. We Listen. We Learn. We Grow., we are committed to providing an exceptional education for every child.

We are looking for an exceptional leader who shares our unwavering commitment to ensuring every child is safe, valued and able to thrive.

About The Role

As our School Improvement Advisor – Early Years, you will:

  • Lead the development and implementation of the Trust's Early Years Strategy.
  • Develop an ambitious curriculum from birth through to Reception and into Key Stage One.
  • Drive excellence in teaching, learning and provision across all Early Years settings.
  • Support schools in developing and expanding nursery and 0–2 provision.
  • Coach and develop Early Years leaders across the Trust.
  • Provide high-quality school improvement through review, challenge and support.
  • Develop Trust-wide professional learning and build a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Influence strategic decision-making and contribute to the wider improvement of the Trust.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
