Registered Nurse: Lancaster
40 Hours per Week Full Time (52 Weeks)
We're looking for a compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join our client's specialist residential college, supporting young adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex health needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to combine hands-on nursing with clinical leadership, helping people live safe, fulfilling, and independent lives while supporting and developing care teams.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Assess health needs and develop personalised care plans.
- Lead on medicines management and complex clinical procedures.
- Train, coach, and assess support staff in delegated clinical tasks.
- Work closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals.
- Promote safe practice, safeguarding, and continuous quality improvement.

What We're Looking For
- Current NMC registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD).
- Experience in adult health, social care, or specialist education.
- Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills.
- Confident mentoring colleagues and supporting best practice.
- Passionate about delivering person-centred care.
