Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting for a compassionate and motivated School Nurse (RSCN or RGN) to join our clients friendly nursing team in a specialist school supporting children and young people with complex medical and additional needs.
This is a rewarding opportunity to work alongside education staff, therapists and families, helping students thrive in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care.
- Assess students' health needs and maintain care plans.
- Administer medication safely and respond to medical emergencies.
- Work closely with parents, colleagues, and external professionals.
- Support the Senior Nurse and help maintain excellent clinical standards.
- Provide guidance and training to school staff.

What We're Looking For
- Registered Paediatric Nurse or Registered General Nurse with experience with children.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organised, proactive, and confident working independently.
- Passionate about improving outcomes for children and young people.
