We are expanding our team and are looking for dedicated and proactive School Receptionist Administrators to provide essential support to our client schools throughout Brent. We have various opportunities available, and this is an excellent chance to contribute to a thriving educational community.
You will be required to work from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm, Monday to Friday, in this full-time position that begins as soon as possible.

Some Of Your Main Responsibilities
- Meet and greet visitors/contractors, inputting their details on the system and adhering to the schools safeguarding procedures and First Aid
- To provide administrative support to staff and students
- The management and distribution of internal and external post, facilitating the transfer of intersite post
- Facilitating deliveries and maintaining an organised and tidy office environment
- Undertake reception duties including answering telephone, responding to standard queries and enquiries throughout the day and managing the Main School email inbox
- Inputting information into SIMS, production and collating of student reports
- Take notes at ad-hoc meetings as required
- To administer first aid to students and staff as required
- Administration of meeting room bookings, and liaising with the catering staff as required
- Preparation of refreshments for visitors, where appropriate, on behalf of the Senior Leadership Team

Core Requirements For This Role
- Eligibility to work in the UK (Essential)
- An enhanced DBS on the update service
- 2 proven relevant references
- An excellent communicator who is able to relate well to both children and adults alike
- Efficient, well-organised; able to prioritise and use your initiative
- Skilled in IT and confident in using management information systems
- Caring, with a sense of humour
- First Aid qualification
- Committed to collaborative working and ongoing professional development
