About Us

The Goyal Foundation and Hallmark Foundation are two philanthropic organisations working in partnership with Hallmark Care Homes to create positive, lasting change for young people and society. The Goyal Foundation was created in memory of Anita Goyal MBE and Avnish Goyal CBE’s parents and grandparents, who arrived in the UK from India over fifty years ago with the vision of building a better life for their family. Today, that same spirit of opportunity, resilience, and generosity drives our mission to make a lasting difference for disadvantaged communities in the UK and abroad - by providing both financial and human resources. The next generation of the Goyal family are now actively leading the charity, continuing this legacy of giving back.

About the Role

Our flagship initiative, Inner Spark, empowers young people to build confidence, self-awareness, and leadership through the SPARK Framework, which equips them with essential life skills:

  • S – Self-awareness: Understanding strengths, values, and aspirations.
  • P – Problem-solving: Encouraging creative thinking and resilience.
  • A – Action-taking: Building confidence to take initiative and turn ideas into reality.
  • R – Reflection: Developing critical thinking and emotional intelligence.
  • K – Kindness: Fostering empathy, teamwork, and a strong sense of community.

We are on a mission to empower one million young people by 2030. Together, the Goyal Foundation and Hallmark Foundation collaborate on programmes that strengthen the link between education, care, and community. We are a small, collaborative team working across both foundations, supporting one another to deliver a shared mission. The Schools Account Manager will play a crucial role in developing and nurturing deep, long-term relationships with schools, colleges, and education leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
