The Schools and College’s Liaison Officer will work with schools and Further Education colleges, particularly across Wales and Southwest England. You will support our work to raise awareness of higher education opportunities through targeted intervention projects, promoting the benefits of studying music and drama to local and national communities.

Key Responsibilities
- Under the leadership of the Student Recruitment Manager (UK), you will provide information, advice, and guidance to students, parents, carers, and influencers.
- You will build, manage, maintain, and develop strong relationships with teachers and advisors in schools, colleges, and other key partners.
- In addition to supporting a range of activities and events for prospective students in community settings, you will also support the delivery of workshops and events for schools, colleges, and youth groups which take place on campus.
- You will promote the College’s training offer to prospective students and key influencers and support the production of marketing materials to promote student recruitment work and other engagement activity in schools and colleges.
- In liaison with the Advancement Team, you will support the maintenance of a comprehensive database of contacts and interactions with young people within our CRM software.
- You will also work in collaboration with the Open RWCMD department to build relationships in local settings, so they are ready for outreach activity participation.
