Role Description

The full-time Schools Coordinator is an on-site role based in Oxford. Day-to-day responsibilities include supporting relationships with partner schools, coordinating tuition and academic programs, and assisting with scheduling and communications between tutors, students, and school contacts.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with school staff, tutors, students, and families.
  • Background or interest in Education and Youth Development, with a genuine commitment to supporting learners.
  • Ability to demonstrate Educational Leadership in small projects or initiatives, and to work collaboratively within an educational setting.
  • Experience or interest in Training, such as supporting workshops, briefings, or onboarding processes.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
  • Comfort working on-site in a busy academic environment and managing multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency with standard office software and digital communication tools.
  • Relevant study or experience in education, administration, or a graduate of Oxford or Cambridge university is advantageous.
