About the role We are seeking a Schools Customer Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. This role is focused on driving customer engagement and retention by delivering targeted marketing programmes that speak directly to the needs of the schools using our platform. You will work closely with Customer Success, Product and Sales to design and execute marketing campaigns aimed at maximising product adoption, renewal rates, and customer satisfaction. Core responsibilities Develop and implement customer marketing strategies focused on schools to increase product adoption, engagement, and retention. Collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams to identify customer needs and translate them into effective marketing campaigns. Create and manage targeted email marketing programmes, webinars, user groups, and other engagement activities tailored for school customers. Analyse campaign performance and customer data to continuously improve marketing activities and customer experience. Develop customer success stories and case studies that showcase the value of our products for schools. Work closely with Sales and Marketing to support upsell and renewal campaigns through relevant messaging and content. Manage key marketing platforms such as Hubspot and Gainsight to support segmentation, campaign automation, and customer journey mapping. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent brand messaging and voice. About you Experience in customer marketing, preferably within the education or SaaS sectors. Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles, with an ability to create engaging campaigns that drive customer retention and product adoption. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling customer stories and messaging. Experience using marketing automation tools and CRM systems such as Hubspot, Salesforce, and Gainsight. Data-driven mindset with ability to analyse campaign metrics to optimise marketing effectiveness. Ability to work collaboratively across teams, managing multiple projects and priorities efficiently. Passion for education and understanding of the challenges faced by schools is highly desirable. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude.
