Schools & Partnerships Manager UK & Europe

The Role

What are the main responsibilities for this role?

Develop and implement a strategic plan to foster and grow partnerships with educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities. Identify and engage potential new corporate partners in line with the Crimson’s goals and strategies. Act as a key point of contact for partners, maintaining ongoing communication, addressing any issues or queries, and ensuring a high level of partner satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to develop partnership proposals, manage implementation, and assess the success of partnership initiatives. Track and progress partnership leads with the sales consultants. Represent Crimson at meetings, presentations, and events, articulating our mission and creating opportunities for partnership. Conduct school talks and workshops, as well as Counsellor engagements, across the UK and Europe Monitor and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, making recommendations for improvements as needed. Planning and content development for school, and other partnerships in order to grow relationships and strengthen Crimson’s position within the market, including, but not limited to: Presentation slides for parent/school talks; webinars; seminars, workshops email nurturing drips marketing material for Crimson’s partnerships team activities, competitions, webinars, events, talks etc. Counsellor/School/Parent/Student events and give-aways Crimson marketing material for Counsellors Monthly Schools & Partner Newsletters Work with the local Marketing team on social media and other platforms to market schools and partnership activities. What skills and experience are required?

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing or a related field. Experience in/with leading UK/EU schools. Proven experience in partnership development or a related role, ideally within an educational context. Strong understanding of the UK and European educational landscape and the specific needs and challenges of educational institutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Strong editorial and writing skills. Excellent presentation skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for collaboration and partnership. Ability to travel as needed to meet with partners and represent the Crimson.
