Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of school engagement programmes from K-12.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure programme success.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives and suggest improvements.
- Ensure alignment of programmes with organisational goals and public sector requirements.
- Prepare and present reports on programme performance to senior management.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently for programme delivery.
- Oversee a team to ensure objectives are achieved within set timelines.
- Stay updated on trends and best practices in educational engagement within the public sector.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Schools Programme Unit Head should have:
