The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support students during Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry and Physics Deliver targeted interventions and small group support Assist teachers with lesson preparation and classroom activities Help students develop confidence, engagement and academic progress Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities Gain valuable experience working within an OFSTED Outstanding school
The Ideal Candidate
A degree in a Science-related subject A genuine interest in education and working with young people Strong communication and interpersonal skills Enthusiastic, professional and proactive approach Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential
