Pharmacy Aseptic Team Opportunity

The Pharmacy Aseptic Team has an exciting opportunity to recruit two enthusiastic and highly motivated Science Manufacturing Process Operative Apprentices at Worthing Hospital. You must be able and willing to help us deliver a safe, efficient, and effective service to staff and patients in our hospital and in other healthcare organisations that we serve.

No previous experience in Pharmacy is required as full in-house training will be given. Whilst applicants should ideally have an NVQ level 2 in Pharmaceutical Services, those without will be expected to enroll and will be supported to work towards the appropriate qualification.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be resident in the UK for the last 3 years and must not already be in any form of formal government funded education.
  • Applicants must have a minimum of 4 GCSE's grade C or above (or equivalent), to include Maths and English Language.
  • It is essential that you meet the entry criteria for the qualifications as detailed above. Even if higher qualifications have been gained (e.g., A levels/diploma/degree), you should ensure that you clearly state on the application form the GCSE qualifications (or equivalent must be certified) and the grades covering Maths and English. Certificates will be requested at interview.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
