Exciting Opportunity: Science Teacher: September 2026

Annual Salary: GBP36,412 - 53,994

Are you an enthusiastic Science Teacher looking to make a difference in the lives of students? Do you have a passion for teaching and inspiring young minds in the fascinating world of Science? We are looking for a dedicated Science Teacher to join our thriving school in Harrow, North West London, starting in September 2026.

As a Science Teacher, you will be central to nurturing intellectual curiosity, inspiring academic ambition, and helping students take control of their own futures.

What You Will Be Doing As a Science Teacher

  • Delivering engaging Science lessons that inspire students across key stages and make the subject come alive.
  • Teaching all three sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) to students at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring they are academically equipped for the future.
  • Encouraging critical thinking, problem-solving, and a deeper understanding of the scientific world.
  • Creating a stimulating, challenging, and supportive learning environment that promotes intellectual curiosity and academic success.
  • Collaborating with other Science Teachers to continuously develop and improve the curriculum.
  • Supporting students' personal growth, ensuring they are prepared for future challenges and opportunities in the 21st century.

We Are Looking For a Science Teacher Who

  • Holds a recognised Teaching Qualification (QTS or equivalent).
  • Demonstrates a passion for Science and a desire to inspire students in the subject.
  • Is dedicated to creating an environment where all students can thrive and succeed.
  • Possesses the ability to engage, motivate, and challenge students, while developing their love of lifelong learning.
  • Is committed to the academic and personal success of each student, helping them to grow and excel.
  • Experience teaching Science at Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 is desirable but not essential.
