Science Teacher (ECT Welcomed)
Location: Plymouth, Devon
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Position: Day-to-Day and Short-Term Supply

Randstad Education is recruiting a Qualified Science Teacher for partner secondary schools across Plymouth. This role is perfect for experienced teachers wanting a break from the administrative grind, or Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to build confidence and experience in a variety of classroom settings.

The Role
- Deliver pre-planned Science lessons (KS3/KS4) effectively and enthusiastically.
- Step in for General Cover across other subjects as required, ensuring a productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour efficiently using the school's established policies.
- Leave the classroom tidy and ready for the next day - with no take-home work.
What You Need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- ECTs/NQTs are highly encouraged - gain valuable experience with full support.
- A flexible, adaptable approach to teaching across the curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to process one through Randstad).
- Right to work in the UK.
