Science Teacher (ECT Welcomed)
Location: Plymouth, Devon
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
Position: Day-to-Day and Short-Term Supply

Randstad Education is recruiting a Qualified Science Teacher for partner secondary schools across Plymouth. Alongside your specialist subject, you will also have the opportunity to take on General Cover, making every week dynamic, engaging, and flexible.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned Science lessons (KS3/KS4) effectively and enthusiastically.
- Step in for General Cover across other subjects as required, ensuring a productive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour efficiently using the schools established policies.
- Leave the classroom tidy and ready for the next day with no take-home work.
What You Need
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- ECTs/NQTs are highly encouraged to gain valuable experience with full support.
- A flexible, adaptable approach to teaching across the curriculum.
- An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to process one through Randstad).
- Right to work in the UK.
