Company Description

Adaptyv Bio is a fast-growing biotech company building an automated laboratory platform that enables AI agents to conduct physical biology experiments through a deep software and hardware stack.

Job Description

You will serve as the primary technical and commercial lead, bridging the gap between frontier AI protein design and physical wet-lab validation. This hybrid role involves managing the full customer lifecycle, from technical sales of binding kinetics and expression assays to long-term account success for leading biopharma and AI research labs.

Location

London, UK / Switzerland / USA (Remote)

Why this role is remarkable

  • Join a pioneer in "agentic science," building the critical physical infrastructure that allows AI models to move beyond design and into real-world experimental iteration.
  • Work at the intersection of high-end robotics and synthetic biology, utilizing a lab environment where millions of dollars in instrumentation are accessible via API.
  • Play a key role in a high-growth startup trusted by top-tier biopharmas and frontier AI labs, directly impacting the speed of drug discovery and protein engineering.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
