Role Overview
We are looking for a Scientific Content Marketing Executive to create engaging, scientifically accurate content that supports brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation across research, clinical, and healthcare markets.
Working closely with marketing, sales, product management, and technical experts, you'll translate complex scientific concepts into compelling content. This role is ideal for someone with a strong scientific background and excellent writing skills who enjoys combining science with marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Create high-quality scientific and marketing content including white papers, case studies, blogs, social media, webinars, posters, and customer success stories.
- Develop and manage content calendars to ensure consistent delivery.
- Optimise content for SEO and digital performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure scientific accuracy.
- Support content for conferences, webinars, events, PR, and sales enablement.

Content Strategy
- Support the planning and delivery of the content marketing strategy.
- Research scientific trends and customer needs to identify content opportunities.
- Work with cross-functional teams to align content with business objectives.
- Monitor content performance and recommend improvements based on analytics.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Degree in molecular biology, genetics, life sciences, or a related discipline.
- 2+ years' experience in scientific or medical writing, ideally within genomics, diagnostics, or life sciences.
- Strong understanding of molecular biology and genetic technologies.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex scientific information.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and content management tools.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and project management skills.

Desirable
- PhD in a relevant scientific discipline.
- Experience in clinical genomics, molecular diagnostics, or cancer genetics.
- Experience using AI tools to support content creation while maintaining editorial quality.
